Welcome back OOTWMS!
We hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend with their friends and family!
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback about showtimes. The venue has agreed to let us move all shows up by one hour to help accommodate early bedtimes and visiting grandparents. The showtimes will now be 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 4:00 PM, & 6:00 and the day will end by 8 PM instead of 9 PM.

2026 Fall Cosmic Concert
Event Details
Date: Sunday, September 6th, 2026
Time: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM - The concert will be divided into several blocks: 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 4:00 PM, & 6:00 pm. You will be emailed your assigned show time once signups have closed. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate showtime requests in the order they are received, but showtimes are not guaranteed. If you are hoping to be grouped in a show with friends/family, please make note of this in your signup. Signups are via the provided link ONLY. Instructors can not sign you/your child up. ***Please note that performers MUST remain present for the duration of their concert, no exceptions. Every student deserves a full house applauding their hard work. Concerts are 90 minutes long and are a celebration of music & inspiration. ***
Venue: Hanover’s - 108 E Main St, Pflugerville, TX 78660
Cost: Free to both performers and attendees! Our events are funded by T-shirt sales; please consider ordering commemorative shirts for the whole family! Shirts feature the performers & date on the back and are a great, wearable SOUVENIR!
Warm-up Stations at Hanover’s: There will be MULTI-INSTRUMENT WARM-UP stations available for student use. Warming up at home is still a good idea! Vocalists - Please warm up your voice on the way to the venue!
T-Shirts: Shirt sales fund our student performances! Youth and adult-size shirts will be available for pre-order at signup. We will have a few extras on concert day, but sizes will be limited. Shirts are $30, have the performers listed on the back, and are a fun memory you can wear! Thank you for your support!
Photos: We will have a designated chair up front for parents/family members to use during their child's performance. Once their performance ends, please return to your seat so that the next family may use it.
Sign-Up Information: Sign-ups will open via an emailed link on August 2nd at 2:00 PM and close ON August 8th. Signup may close earlier due to all slots being filled. Please sign up as soon as the link is sent out. Due to the considerable amount of planning required to put on our recitals, no late sign-ups will be accepted. Performer name, instrument, and song selection must be declared at signup. Please note that to be eligible, students must maintain active enrollment from June through September. All levels of musicianship are welcome. Song choice MUST be declared at the time of sign-up, and performance slots are limited to a maximum of 4 minutes. If you would like to provide a phonetic spelling of the performer’s name in the notes, we will make sure the announcer has it for show day. Once sign-ups close, you will be sent your assigned show time slot, and your account will be charged for any shirt pre-orders. Once processed, there are no refunds for dropouts for any reason.
Quick Performance Notes: While we are adding more performance opportunities to expand overall capacity, we want to emphasize that students should not feel the need to join every show. We recommend that beginner students limit their performances to one or two per year. Advanced students may participate in two or more shows, subject to their teacher’s approval. These performances should enhance the learning experience rather than detract from fundamental studies. Your teacher has your best interests at heart, and we ask that you consider their recommendations when deciding whether to join an event.
Upcoming Performance Information
Cosmic Concert - Fall 2026
The Fall 2026 Cosmic Concert is set for Sunday, September 6th, 2026. The concert will be divided into several 90-minute blocks: 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 4 PM, and 6 PM. This will be a live, in-person performance and will take place at Hanover’s in Pflugerville. Sign-up will open on August 2nd and close on August 8th. Song choice MUST be declared at the time of sign-up, and performances must be 4 minutes or less. The sign-up registration link will be emailed to all eligible students on August 2nd at 2 pm. Students must maintain active enrollment from June through September to be eligible to perform. The shows are not divided by age, and the earlier shows typically fill first, so young performers are encouraged to get signed up as soon as the window opens. The last concert signup was full just hours after the link was sent out! Please set a reminder for yourself and get signed up the day the email goes out, if possible.
